Lookup Needed--Cotter obituary

If anyone is willing to do an obit look-up, I would be willing to compensate for expenses. I need to find an obituary on a Theodor(e) Cotter who died in May 1899 in the Veterans Hospital there. I only know that he had a daughter, Eva and a grandaughter Mary. If you can help, please e-mail me directly or post a reply.
