I am looking for information on James Powell. His wife was Mary. They were in Grant Co. IN in the middle 1800's. I know they were born in Va. Two of their children were Lewis, who married Eliza Jane Butcher and Francis Ellen Powell who married Coleman Levi Butcher. They married into the Butcher family from Blackford Co. IN in 1849. I know they lived in Ohio before coming to Grant Co. IN.
They had several children.
