Hi Claude,

Are you sure it is a brother named Jonathan in the 1820 Posey, Franklin, IN fed census. Jonathan Webb looks to me to be the father (male age 45 & up). Rachel Webb died 24 Nov 1827 in Franklin Co.

I realize this doesn't address your question about Able, but thought it might be worthwhile.
