I'm researching the Scott surname and found a deed for John & Elizabeth Salyer and Joel Scott dated 1816 in Franklin Co., IN. I can send you a copy of it if you want it. I don't believe this is the Scott branch I'm looking for. The LDS records show a Joel Scott married an Elizabeth Salyer.
