If you are working with a public library, you should be able to get any films you request via interlibrary loan. This is a huge system, nationwide. The more information you have to give the library, probably the better, but my local librarians are willing to check through the computer system to locate what I request. There may be some fees involved that you will need to pay. I have not requested any films from LDS to come to a public library. I was under the impression their films were only available via their Family History Centers. If this is not the case, hope someone out there will share their experience of requesting LDS films to a public library.
