Ketchams in Dearborn and Decatur Counties, Indiana (OH/KY)

Ketcham Scholars,

I have constructed a tenative genealogy for the Ketcham families of Dearborn and Decatur counties in Indiana. My research suggests that two brothers and their cousin provided probably all the Ketchams (plus spelling variations) in these places in the mid-1800s. The brothers lived for a while in Hamilton County, Ohio before dispersing west and south. Some of their children lived in Boone County, KY for a while as well. The cousin apparently traveled directly to Dearborn County from NY.

Please take a look at my GenCircles site:

and click on the Ketchams link or go to the K surnames, and select from there. The oldest Ketchams are Joshua and Jerusha.

and let me know where you think my speculations are incorrect.
