I am not familiar with any of those surnames but I am trying to trace, believe it or not, The SMITHS that were from that co. My husband's GGrandpa is CHARLES SMITH born April 26, 1858 in Decatur, In. Is there a town by the same name as the county? His parents are JOHN A. SMITH born abt 1835 & SUSAN E. SIBERRY. Has anyone come across them. I would be very thankful if you have any info that could help.
