Isaac Shaeffer/Shafer, 1838-1918 & South Sparta Church

I'm researching a relative of mine, Isaac Shaeffer/Shafer, 1838-1918. Apparently, he lived in Sparta or nearby and is buried in the South Sparta Church Cemetary. Does anyone have his exact birth and death dates and the address of the church/cemetary? Also, the name of his children and their exact birth dates? He's the brother to my great-great-great grandmother, Rebecca Shaeffer. He was born in Lancaster PA and moved to Dearborn close to 1858. He married about that time to a Delia Allen. They're found in the 1880 census for Dearborn with some children. I know nothing about them but their names, the ones on the census anyway. I'm interested in him cause he's the only one in his immediate family that left Lancaster. And since I'm nowhere near close to where he lived, I need information on him. Can anyone help me out on Isaac Shaeffer/Shafer and South Sparta Church? All I know about the church is that it's on W County Line Rd.
