Location of John Rudolph Kessler farm

My great-great-grandfather John Rudolph Kessler moved to Dearborn County IN in 1846. Although his name was mispelled in the censuses, he and his family were included in the 1850 (Clay Twsp Entry #211)and 1860 (Clay Twsp Entry #190)US Censuses. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Farmers Retreat.

His son William Frederick Kessler married Eliza Licking in about 1862. They had four children (John, Fred, Amelia and Mary)who were born in IN prior to their move to MO in 1868. While in IN they were likely members of the St. Paul Lutheran Church which broke away from St. John Lutheran Church, Farmers Retreat.

I am looking for information that would help me identify the exact location of the farm(?s) on which these families lived.
