Can anyone tell me who this Miss Musselman might be and where she may have taught during the 1923 & 1924 school years. It is possibly in Elkhart Co., IN in the Millersburg area and possibly in Daviess Co.,IN, at Elnora. Between 1919-1924, the Old Elnora High School building was used as a grade school. It no longer exist, but was at the corner of Odon St. and what is now Highway 57. I have school pictures that appear to be about second or third grade students in front of a large brick school. It is a public school, although there are some Amish/Mennonite students in the photo. The teacher, Miss Musselman and only one student has been identified. The student is Simon Leichty, son of John J. and Salome (Chupp) Leichty. Simon was born Feb. 3, 1915. They had lived in Daviess Co., IN in 1924 and later in Perry Co., IN.
