Thanks for your response. I had already located the information about Abraham and Nancy, and did confirm that they are my ggg grandparents through their son John who married Jemima Knox Anderson.
Now I am trying to locate their (John/Mima) burial location. Several Akers who are directly related are buried at Kentucky Ridge in Greene County but I haven't had the time to confirm who/when at this point. My ggrandmother, Nancy Jane Achors, is buried at Walnut Grove in Greene County with her husband Ellis Dove....they have a beautifully carved monument. Nancy spelled her surname "Achors" most often on documents, as well as her brother Abraham who also married a Dove.
