R. Smith, Is is possible to locate the ownership of graves under the names of Orchard. There are several buried in the old section western sect., atop the hill, including a civil war vet., with several stoneless lots in between. I haven't located the graves of Levi Orchard and family (Guy, Melinda, Levi, Wm. and another) nor of a sister whose married name is unknown, but papers state burial for all in Plvle cem. The Orchards lived North of Plville when Levi died between White River and the tracks. I visited this cem. across the road from their location, but the farmer has destroyed (1 badly chipped stone left) the cem. I went thru the stones thrown against the ditch of the track, without locating my Orchards. Also, do you have the records of persons buried in a Plainville Cem. plot with Myrtle Viehe, Machans, Earl Gaultney, in the east section, toward middle. I am looking for George Gaultney. Any help you might give me would be appreciated. Thanks.
