Hi Andrew, Just saw your posting doing a Google search, while looking for my Samuel Camby (1762-1858 IN). I descend through his dau. Nancy who married Alanson Courtney. A Camby cousin Pat Morrison and I researched the camby's and collaborated on a book, which was privately printed, but there are a few copies out there in the counties where they Camby's lived. In the book there are a few pictures on a couple of the Camby girls. Some of the boys after they left Clinton Co., IN. migrated to the state of WA., son Thomas later came back and died in Indiana. It hasn't been proven as yet, but Pat and I feel strongly Samuel married at least twice, possibly three times. Also, not proven, but we are fairly sure Nancy Camby Courtney's mother was Mary Prather, and she could have been the mother of a few more of Samuel's children.
