This is a very long post and I appologize for it but all I say here is very important, please bare with me and read the entire post please. Thank you for your patience.
Maidy A Haven/Stroud/Holman. I need her husband's mother Jane's birth name etc.
I am in desperate need of obtaining info about my gr gr grandmother Waity or Maidy/Maity A Stroud, birth name Havens. I am in desperate need of obtaining info about my her and if she was American Indian or some other nationality she was married to Calvin Holman both born in Ohio aprox 1836 or 1840. I need her blood line. I need a family tree for my Holman line with the woman's birth names. The July 1 1870 Census record from Peru Township in the county of Miami in Indiana it shows their children Leander, Alexander who were twins, Sarah S, and John. I have a census from 1860 showing Calvin Holman 20 yrs old with his parents James Holman and Jane, but I need her birth name now as well as what nationality or blood line and any affiliation to any Native American Indian Tribe, this I also need for Calvin's first wife Waity/Maidy/ or Maity A Stroud, birth name Havens, what was Her mothers Birth name and what was her blood line.
I know these are indeed my ancestors 100%+... They moved all over Indiana as well as being in several other states in different years. I also need info on Calvin Holman last known to be working for the Railroad in Michigan and I need to know what happened to him. I need to also know where all of them are laid to rest.
All of this is a lot I know and appologize for such a long query, buit all of this is Very Important...
The 1860 census from Deleware County Indiana, this was in Center Township/ Muncie Indiana Delaware county. The 1860 Census shows Calvin's parents as James Holman age 45 from VA born aprox 1815 and spouse Jane? I need now need her birth name, she was age 39 in this census and was born in OH. Calvin's siblings were Mary A Holman age 17 born in OH, Malinda Holman age 13 born in OH, William Holman age 8 born in OH, John H Holman age 9 born in IN and Amanda Holman age 5 born in OH.According to the records from what I see this means that there was maybe another woman invovled with Calvin around the time John was born, or that they just moved from OH to IN then back to OH imediately, since the years between children are wide spread between them who knows what went on *SMILES*!!!
PLEASE PLEASE HELP as I am at my wits end looking for the last name or maiden names of Waity A Havens/ Stroud/ Holman's mom and Jane? Holman's birth name as well as who James and Jane's parents were and the womans birth names.
They were more than likely Indegent/Native American Indian women, and it is very highly possibly because of the time period and all that went on, Wars and all. Question on if the men were Native American to a degree as well? I am desperate to know my roots because I have a rare inheirited Blood clot dissorder that could have only come from a Native American mix of Blood with white blood, because Calvin's son Leander passed with blood clots as did my dad Edward Holman, and his dad Wesley Holman I am sure did have this as well, but because he died from being hit by a train, in 1931 there is no other records he had this dissorder, but it is highly possible he did as well,he was married to Nellie Maxfield, I also need info on Nellie's parents etc. Was Nellie Native American Indian as well, I believe she was, but need proof on all of these women in my family line. This Blood clot dissorder is a killer, I must find out about my blood line because of medical reasons I am pleading with anyone and all who can help me locate them especially if Indian or not because of this rare dissorder of Blood Clots that I inheirited. Anything at all would help I beg, please let me know
Thanks Sincerely with my humble gratitude, may God bless you. Please write me and send me info to.
Thanks, Sincerely with Humble Gratitude.
God Bless you all.
Edward Holman Jr.
