I grew up in Logansport, Cass Co. IN but have not lived there for 25 years. The birth & death records were at the Health Dept and the marriage records were at the Clerks Office. I think that both are in the Cass Co Courthouse which you should be able to mail to Cass Co Courthouse, Logansport, IN 46947.
I have no clue what the fees would be but if you just sent a letter of inquery I am sure they would send you a fee schedule and if the address doesn't work, you would only be out the price of a stamp. :) Happy Hunting Lorraine
