A baby was born to Mr. And Mrs. Ira Boyd, northeast of Jamestown in Harrison township last Sunday. The little fellow came into the world somewhat handicapped the left hand being entirely missing. The child is otherwise perfectly formed and healthy. Dr. Bounell, the attending physician, says the missing hand is off at the wrist and the place looks just as it thought it had been amputated and healed over.

Note from Janet Price; I am posting this story for others I am not related to the subjects.
