Bryant's Ky Ill Ind
I am looking for the following people:
Frank Bryant born about 1852/53 Illinois or Kentucky.
He is listed in 1930 census as married to Martha, with grand daughter Martha at age 15, I believe. In the 1930 he is living in Washington Twp Wayne Co Indiana. In 1920 he is in Union Co Ind. I have a feeling that all of these Bryant's came to Ind. late. Probably around early 1900's. But according to info. a friend sent me on Seab, he may have went back and forth from Ky to Ind. a time or two. According to info on census it states Frank born in Ill. On Charles Abel's it has father as born Ky, the same as with Seab's. So Frank and family could have went to Ill for a time. It states for him on the census that his father was born in Ky.
Frank and Martha had:
Charles Abel Bryant born 15 Aug. 1888 Rockcastle Ky
died in Richmond Wayne Co Indiana in 1949
Seab born 16 March 1890 near Mount Vernon Ky
died Aug 1962
Andrew born 17 Jan 1892 Springfield, Illinois
I am not sure if they had more children or not. These are the only ones I have found through obits.
Charles Abel married first Unknown and had:
Martha A. born 1915 Kentucky
Nancy born abt 1917 Kentucky
I have no idea what happened to Abel's first wife. Nancy is living with Abel and his second wife Callie in 1930 and Martha A. is living with Abel's mother and father in 1930.
He married second:
Callie Ballinger, I think they were married in Kentucky.
they had:
Frank
William
Andy
Charles Jr- a.k.a. Earl
Archie
Seab married Nannie Unknown and they had:
Martha
Samuel
James F.
Daisy M.
Callie
Seab and family are in Washington Twp Wayne Co Ind in 1930 and in Madison Co Ky in 1920. However war records have Seab, Abel and Andrew all residing in Union Co Ind. at the time of enlistment between 1917 and 1918.
Andrew married Glatha Unknown and had:
Harriett
Andrew was murdered in Union Co., Ind. I have no census data for him.
I cannot find Abel (Charles) in any other census. Seab's obit is supposed to be in Palladium Item in Richmond Ind but Librarian said it is not there that their index is wrong. I cannot find an obit on Frank or Martha either.
