Hi Donna,

I saw your 1999 article in the Bartholomew county history for Joseph Cooley, son of Reuben and Martha. Although I can't prove it, I think this Reuben was the son of my Edward Cooley and Martha Raper of Washington county IN. I'm descended from Edward's son, John Cooley, died 1866 in Bartholomew. (I believe I posted his will in the Cooley forum.) I'd like to have your thoughts on Reuben's possible parentage.

Hope to hear from you. You can either respond here or directly to me at http://ancestraldata.com/mailer/?michael

Michael Cooley
