Patrick Flannigan - Ohio Twp, Bartholomew Co - 1859 / 1861

I am looking for information on a PATRICK FLANIGAN / FLANNIGAN family who lived in Ohio Twp., Bartholomew Co., IN in 1859 - 1861. He married a widow named Mary Ann Shadony / Shadomy on May 13, 1859 and they had a girl child
born sometime in either 1860 or 1861. This little girl died
in Bartholomew Co. in 1861.
I am told this Patrick Flannigan was of the Catholic faith and therefore I am looking for the Catholic Cemetery where this "little girl Flannigan" may be buried.
Is there a Catholic Church and cemetery in Ohio Township? If so, is there a transcription of this cemetery anywhere - online or otherwise??
