Zaltica,
I was surprised, also, because I thought for sure it would be listed. That's why I kept searching for more and more documents - not one of them gave me the answer I was looking for - how to jump over to Europe.Only the other day, with Robert's help, did I find finally discover how to locate them on the manifest of the ship when they came over (the spelling of the last name) - I've been collecting information since 1995!!!I have even found them on the 1910, 1920 and 1930 census - all they put down was Poland for where they were born (their name listed as Suckminski) - no help there.I'm leaving work at the moment.I will touch base again later when I'm home.
Have a good one - thank you and "talk" to you soon.
Becky
