Correct, that's the way I understand it. My aunt was trying to say that Cecilia Frondoas/Fenrose was the mother of the Celia (actually Cecilia she says) which is the wife of Louis Miller (these are supposed to be Mueller according to my aunt also since they were all German) But I think there is a generation inbetween where the mothers was named Celilia Becker. There's a 40 yr gap.
Cecilia, Louis' wifes maiden name was Becker according to my family. But her parents are unknown.
In the 1900 Nassau NY census I have for Louis Miller and family it shows Celias brothers John, Joseph & Frank and sister Maggie living with them although it says here that their surname is Baker and not Becker. (these siblings name all confirmed by my aunt)
Now according to my aunt the reason Celias siblings are living with her & Louis is because her mother died leaving her in the care of them. So what I told her what that Celias grandmother must have also been living with them when she died so when the kids went to live with Celia & Louis the grandmother went too. So I think the Grandmother Cecilia Frondoas/Fenrose's only child who was deceased was the Cecilia Becker (maiden name unknown, mother of Cecilia Miller (Becker) and the siblings in the census living with her and Louis. If their are more siblings they are unknown to me.
If you like just email me at [email protected]
I'd love to see that census if you could email it to me.
And thanks so much for the help.
