Blake,
The ultimate source of ships passenger lists is the microfilm collection in the National Archives. These are accessible in a number of ways. The commercial firm AncestryPlus may have indexed them for New Orleans. Some public libraries and some Mormon Family History Centers have free access to AncestryPlus so check with them. Some individuals subscribe to AncestryPlus also so perhaps some kind person reading your query may do a "lookup" for you.
You can also access the microfilms yourself. Click on the URL given below and you will bring up Joe Beine's very useful website which lists the films. You will see that he gives the passenger list films for New Orleans. After you bring up the New Orleans group, you can scroll down and you will see that National Archives Film Series M259, Roll 91 covers from March 15-December 31, 1901. He lists the corresponding Mormon Family History Library film number, 0200232. You can order this film from your nearest Mormon Family History Center and browse the film yourself.
