Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Antoine was 28 when he arrived in NY (June 1834)
His wife Hortense was 16 when she arrived in NY (July 1834)
Different months on different ships but both from LeHavre, France. Not sure if they met during time in NY or when going to LA (where she had family) but they were married in Louisiana in May 1835.
