Yes, that's the right Keon - thanks!I could not find the 1920 census record on the Heritage Quest site.I also tried the Ancestry.com site at our library, but did not think to look for "Joseph J." (his name was John Joseph Keon).
The dates still seem a little odd - if they immigrated here in 1879 as most records indicate, why were they naturalized in 1880, rather than waiting 5 years?Perhaps 1880 just refers to the "first papers" date.
I had some luck with NARA - they said they found a record for Bartholomew Keon in the County Court records.They are sending me a Soundex card to submit to the Court Archives.
