https://www.novascotiagenealogy.com/ has the marriage. Lists John as a Gunner (army?), birthplace Arg????? Scotland, parents Charles and Agnes, father a seaman. Florence was born in England, parents Alfred and Jane.
On the index his last name is spelt 'Morland'.
www.automatedgenealogy.com has them in 1911 as Moreland and confirms that John came over 1907 (probably with the army), and Florence in 1905.

- his WWI records are here, give him as born Dunoon, Argyleshire, 6th October 1882, also physical description and details of previous service in the RGA and RCGA.
John married for a second time in 1919 - gives parents as Charles and Agnes Bill or Bell (hard to read). He married a widow, Florena Emily Holmes.
You should be able to find his birth, his parents' marriage, the family on censuses, etc, at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk
This is the government site from which you can download birth, marriage, and death certificates (a pay site but the cheapest way to get this info).
Do you know someone called Bruce Creighton? He lives in NS and seems to be researching the same family:

- this says Charles Moreland m. Agnes Bell Hind, and it seems Charles ended up in Australia, and may have left his family behind in Scotland.
