Question: I may be confused but does it look like Louis Jr. may also be listed under Moreland? Answer: Louis Jr and Alice E. both should have the surname of Moreland. I changed Alice E. Ijams to Alice E. Moreland and have changed the relationship to J. Frederick Ijams as 'step' children. With the Family Tree Maker, I have found that the husband or wife of a spouse who has been married previously or after the death of the main surname will not appear in a genealogy report. Therefore, I try to make some type of reference to the relationship of the children. This is done either as a step child or reference in the More About.
Could you give me some information on Louis Moreland,Sr. It would be helpful for my files.
