I am trying to find information on my GGGrandfather, Andre DATTWYLER. He married Elisabeth Imboden about 1798. They lived in and near Biel, Canton Bern and had 4 children:
Jacob born 21 Sep. 1800
Maria born 11 Oct. 1801
Abraham born 9 Jan. 1803
Jean Jacob born 8 Mar. 1808
Jacob and Jean Jacob married sisters, Magdalena and Elisabeth Schneiter. They emigrated to Franklin County. Missouri in 1844.
