I don't have any firm dates for the births, but the 1891 census shows them all as having been born in Brixton, with ages as follows:
Lizzie 20 (Dressmaker)
Harriet 19 (Dressmaker and Mantle Maker)
Alice 14 (Scholar)
They were at 20 Brandon Road, Brixton for the census, and that address was given for Harriet at her marriage in 1897 (to Arthur George Lock, in Kensington).
