I am searching for a friend. I am a genealogist looking for the name ILLIFF, last know was Phillis Illif adobted a girl with the name Patricia Williams. Daughter of Arthur and Margaret (Evans) Williams. Lady I am searching for is getting up in age and wants to find information about family. Adobted Family and Birth Right Family. Can you help please. She lives in Alberta, Canada. Her name is Paticia "Ruth" Williams, she was adobted from a Nursing Home where she was born, Minister, England. She was born Aug. 17, 1987. Phillis may of married a man by the name of Cyril ( may not be spelled right) McRoberts? Phillis Iliff was a teacher.
