I am not researching the Iliff name but came across the following information while transcribing some early Carter co. Ky death records and since Iliff is not a very common name thought someone could use this data. John ILIFF age 81 and 8 months died in Carter co. KY on 15 June 1856 of old age. He was born in Bucks co. PA and was the son of Jesse and Mary ILIFF. Hope this helps someone.
