Katherine Ilg came from "Hondingen," the mis-spelling of the name of the town had me stumped for a LONG time. FHC microfilm #0921935 has the records from St Martin's Katholic church there. Her parents were Johan Ilg (from Seitingen) and Magdalena Rosenstiehl of Hondingen, married 14 June 1825.
