Sorry it's taken me so long to respond to your posting. I've been rather busy so far this year and haven't had the energy to go looking through my stuff on the Ileys. Anyway, now I have!
Your branch don't seem to be related to my lot (so far as I know anyway!). However, I have your grandfather William as being born in 1914 to Joseph and Mary Jane Iley. I can trace Joseph's line back to his greatgrandfather who was born in 1797. I can also put you in touch with people in your line of the family who are also researching their Iley links. Drop me an email and I can fill you in on the details.
