Dear fellow members of the Iley family, In the course of researching my bit of the family I realised i was getting lots of Iley info which, although not obviously connected to my branch, I needed to file away for future reference. This looks like turning into a one-name study! Currently I have four files that I am trying to hyperlink....births/marriages/deaths/1881 census. These are NOT complete (except for the 1881 census)as it is a work still in progress. However, it does include entries from the IGI, the St Catherine's indexes of births(currently 1837-1881) marriages (1837-1850) and deaths (1837-1856 and 1881-1949), and Northumberland and Durham births and burials info from 1797-1837 that isn't in the IGI. Shortly I shall begin to add the 1851 Census data I have. If you're interested in these files, email me and I'll send you the files (they may need compressing!). Better still (for me!) if you have any data you can give me please send it via email. I can handle .paf,.ftm and .ged files or you can send it as an MSWord file. Eventually I'd like to link the data to copies of the source material, such as certificates and entries in the parish registers, so if you have any of these, and you'd be willing to let me have a copy(though I realise that's a bit more sensitive), that would be great. I look forward to finding out more about my extended family. Happy hunting everyone. Jim
