Hi,

I am trying to track down some information about my family and saw your message about the Iles in TN. My grandfather's name was William Alexander Iles, who was born 1902, lived in Hamilton County,TN and died there in 1979.

I know that his father's name was Jessie P. Iles (m. Martha Alice, maiden name unknown). Jessie was born Oct. 10, 1870 and died July 8, 1935. After Jessie, I hit a blank.

My grandfather told me that his grandfather spoke with an Irish brogue and I know that we had ancestors who served in the Civil War.

Does any of this help your search? Would you possibly know anything that could help me?
