The 1900 U.S. Federal Census said that Albertina and Frank Ward had been married 24 years, so that means (if the years married part is correct) they were married about 1876. Their first child was born in July 1875 so that marriage may have happened in 1875 or so.
I checked the Illinois Marriage Index to find a more specific date. They married 9 September 1875 in Winnebago County.
