Looking For Descendants of Laura Blackford of White County

Laura Jane Blackford was (next to) oldest child of Francis M. Blackford and Nancy Dodson, according to 1860 White County, IL census. She first married Charles Mobley, and had at least 2 children (sons) then, in 1870, I found her in the census again married to Ed Dickson. She had both sons with her, and another son Ed Dickson jr.then, I found her again in the White County IL marriage index, where she had married William Short in 1884. My grandmother was a daughter to Laura and William Short. Her name was Francis Isabel Short. Was she born in White County, IL also? All records I have found so far, indicate that she was born in IL. She was born in 1887, according to the 1900 Jackson County Arkansas census, there she was living with Laura Jane and Charles Kinney (another husband for Laura!) Laura's father, Francis M. Blackford was also in their household. Are there any Blackford descendants still living in White County, IL that would possibly be related?, or would know of this family? I noticed that some of Laura's sisters had married and moved to Arkansas, also. They first lived in Woodruff County, before moving to Jackson County. Laura's father, Francis Blackford, also remarried twice after moving to Arkansas. I cannot get a copy of my grandmother, (Isabell Short)'s birth certificate, and without exact birth information and death information, I cannot get a death certificate, either. Isabell and my grandfather, George W. Miller were married in 1905, according to marriage index of Jackson County, AR. I was told that she died in Saline County, or Pulaski County, Arkansas, from a long illness, sometime in the 1960's I also do not know where she is buried. I would certainly appreciate any help you can give. Thanks in advance.
