Pennington/Milner in Wayne County, IL

I am looking for the parents of Phoebe Pennington, born 10 Mar 1850 in Ky. Apparently her father was already dead in 1870 as seen below by his absence.

In the 1870 Illinois census, these are the listings for her:
Amanda Pennington Massilon, Wayne, IL abt 1853 Illinois White Female (sister)
Cristena Pennington Massilon, Wayne, IL abt 1826 Kentucky White Female (mother) (NEED MAIDEN NAME)
John Pennington Massilon, Wayne, IL abt 1868 Illinois White Male (brother)
Minnie Pennington Massilon, Wayne, IL abt 1866 Illinois White Female (sister)
Phebie Pennington Massilon, Wayne, IL abt 1850 Kentucky White Female *********
Samuel Pennington Massilon, Wayne, IL abt 1870 Illinois White Male (brother)

Phoebe married John Milner in 1872 so she is listed in subsequest censuses as Phoebe Milner. She is in the 1880, 1900, & 1910 censusus for Wayne County, Illinois. Her father is listed as being born in Indiana and her mother in Kentucky. Any help with her father's name or her mother, Cristena's maiden name would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Rita
