Wm. Pullen wasn't indicated in the first post. Only the Seicrest variations and Balcon.
The "SIEGRIST" I wrote about earlier was married to a Minnie Ballard in Delavan. Then both of those surnames are not what you need.
I haven't found any of the variations for Tremont. Perhaps someone else knows?

I do have the following on George and Bertha Glass. If Bertha is the sister of your Minnie, then their parents were both born in MO.

From the 1920 Census:

ILLINOIS/PEORIA/RICHWOODS
Series: T625 Roll: 400 Page: 275

George Glass, head of household, 45 years old, rents property, born in IL, both parents were born in IL
Laborer - machine shop

Bertha Glass, wife, age 30, born in Missouri, both parents born in MO.

Wallis (?) Glass, son, age 4 years, 3 months, born in IL

Georgie Glass, son, 2 years, 5 months old, born in IL

[The enumerator noted they lived in a cottage...as opposed to others who lived nearby on their boats]

I don't have any other information.

Good luck!!
