First I want to say thanks to all of you on here who look up information for those in need.
I posted that I needed cemetery information and Nancy came to my rescue with the info needed to help me over a large brick wall in our family's history.
Frederica LOEWE's name was spelled LOENE in the official records which explains why they kept telling me the death certificate wasn't there.
It was there!
Does anyone have access to marriage records for Stephenson and surrounding counties?
I am looking for Anna LOEWE and realize she may have gone by a different name, too. The Germans had many, many names!
