Hello, I live in Rockford, IL. I just learned that my great grandmother Lillian Mae Collier, and her family were living in Stephenson County in 1880.

Solomon Collier--36-m-PA.
Adelia--37-f-PA.
Mary--12-f-IL.
Martha--10-f-IL.
Joseph H.--9-m-IL.
Rosa B.--4-f-IL.
Lillie M.--1-f-IL.

I would like to make a day trip to find more information. I assume it would be Freeport, but not sure. Or where to go once I get there. Is there anyone out there that can send me to the right place?
