Teresa - The obituary for Rebecca Watson states that she is buried at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. If you need this obituary, email me 21Emb07@consolidated.net and I can email it to you.
She is not listed in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery Inscription Book so it is likely that her marker or stone was no longer legible or present when Ed Boedecker read the tombstones in 1972.
I do not know if there are burial records for this cemetery which could give a location. The church that was there was torn down in the summer of 1971 but one might check with the Shelbyville Township supervisor to see if burial records still exist.
