WOW! Thanks a lot! I just found your post :-( I was looking for a lead Eileen's post to ask who I need to call or write in order to get a pension file. I need the cheapest way. I feel like a ditz for not knowing you wrote.

William Edward Reynolds was born in 1870 in Shelbyville, IL. He married Leuseba Timperley. They lived in Hammond, Indiana for a few years, then back to Shelby Co. IL. Oscar Reynolds was his brother. You found Eliza Ann Wilson's family? Are you sure it was her family? Her name was Eliza Jane. Since she and her family weren't in the 1860 census, I figured shortly after they moved to town, Charles snatched her up. There were 2 other families that had children born in IN. I thought Eliza Jane's father was a brother to those families.

William is buried with the Timperleys. He died young and was abusive to his wife. He was my Granny's father.

Thanks for all your help!
Susie
