I can't help you with David Watt and Jane Anderson - BUT I would like to know more about them, as well.
I can give you a little on David and Jane's son David B. Watt born ca 1822 in Ohio. David, Jr. married Lucy R. DeVore in 1845 in Winchester, Scott Co., ILL. She was the d/o Uriah Johnson Devore and Elizabeth Smith. David operated a dry goods store in Winchester which his wife and son David continued to operate in town after his death in 1890.
I'd like to know more about the Watt family. Are you in Winchester? I descend from Palemon Cage Bush (1805-1875) whose first wife was Lucy's sister, Mary Jane DeVore. They married in Potosi, Washington Co., Missouri where Palemon Bush and Uriah Johnson lived before coming to Morgan Co., ILL in 1838. She died in Jacksonville in 1842 and Palemon married my GGG grandmother,Eliza Thorpe.
I have been to the Winchester Cemetery to see their graves. But I did not look into those of the Watts family.
FYI - Mary Jane DeVore was born in 1811 in Fayette County, KY. Her father, Uriah had come from the Pittsburgh area in PA as did the Watts. There was a DeVore Ferry in that area.
By the way - I live just about 1/2 hour from the area in Chester Co., PA where the Watt family originated.
