Looking for info on John W Steuart also spelled Stewart and Stuart. He came from Scotland-to PA to Ill. Married Margret or Mary unknown. Had children Agnes b. apprx 1850,Mary b. apprx 1854,Catharine b. apprx 1856 all in PA and in Scott CO Ill following children born: John b. apprx 1858,Nancy b. apprx 1861;David b. apprx 1863;Benjamin b. apr 1866.
His son John married Alice Elizabeth Hayes(Hays) daughter of Napolean and Frances ? Hayes. Napolean from England born apprx 1824 died 1905 buried Manchester Cem. Scott CO. Frances born apprx 1827 died 1902 buried Manchester Cem Scott Co.
John and Alice also buried at Manchester Cem.
John and Alice son Orvil Steuart (he changed spelling to STEWART) married Daisy Labbee. They had daughter Burnettia (my mother) b. 1921.
Any help on any of these family lines will be greatly appreciated. Would like to find grave of John Steuart from Scotland and his wife Margret or Mary.
