Stephen Moses DAVIS family of Pike County

Seeking Bible records of the Stephen Moses DAVIS family who lived in Pike County. Stephen married 1st Harriett YOUNG 16 March 1841 and they had 3 children: John DAVIS b. 1842 in CANADA, Julia Ann DAVIS b. 1843 Pike Co. & James P. DAVIS b. 1845 Pike Co. Hariett died in Pike Co., Where is she buried?
Stephen married 2nd Lucinda M FOREMAN 2 July 1848 and there were many children. Louis McNeil DAVIS b. 1849 manager of Standard Lumber Yard, Samuel Ira DAVIS b. 1852 Sheriff of Le Sueur Co. 8 years, Henry E DAVIS b. 1863 Postmaster of Kasota village, Charles Wade Hampton DAVIS b. 1868 newpaper editor, Fanny E. DAVIS b. 1865 (5) who came to Kasota, Le Sueur Co. Minnesota (some stayed only briefly).
Other childrens names are: Mary Jane DAVIS B. 1853, Jennie A. DAVIS b. 1857, Ella DAVIS b. 1856, Flora DAVIS b. 1854, Sarah E. DAVIS b. 1853 and perhaps others. Would like to have a complete list of the children and their birthdates.
