I am seeking information on the family of Samuel W. Craig born circa 1814 in Pennsylvania; died after 1880. He was married twice in Pike County, Illinois: 1. to Nancy Crossier/Crosiar on April 23, 1840, and 2)to Pheobe Hankins Allen on March 22, 1849. Children of Samuel Craig and Nancy Crossier/Crosiar were Sarah J. [b. ca. 1841], William [b. ca. 1843], and Temperance [b. ca. 1845]. Children of Samuel Craig and Pheobe Hankins Allen were Martha [b. ca. 1852]; Elizabeth [Oct. 22, 1854, Barry, Pike Co., Illinois - Oct. 2, 1915, Gilroy, Santa Clara Co., CA; married James Nicol circa 1875]; Matilda [b. ca. 1856]; Catherine [b. ca. 1858; d. bef. 1870]; Wallace H. [June 26, 1863, Barry, Pike Co., Illinois - Dec. 3, 1930, Gilroy, Santa Clara Co., CA; married Hannah Winterbothom in 1888]; Henrietta Craig [b. March 1865, Barry, Pike Co., Illinois; d. May 9, 1909, San Jose, Santa Clara Co., CA; married Ira Gray in 1889, Santa Clara Co., CA]; and George [b. ca. 1868].
