Go to your local Mormon Family History Center and order microfiche 6079366. It is an 1860 property ownership map of the entire County, including the Martinsburg and Newburg.
I was able to find my 3GGF Irvin Reynolds on this map. In the next parcel was William Browning, and this helped me to prove that Irvin's wife Nancy Ann Browning was William's sister.
It is an interesting map, but tough to read. Be sure you have a good magnifying lens.
