Seeking information on the family of Asaph Morris (AKA Asoph or Asa) b abt 1825 in Jefferson, Schoharie, NY. He was of Byron, Scott, & Stillman Valley. He married Nov 1855, Mary Beard b. abt 1828 in Washington Co, MD, daughter of David and Christina (Slice) Beard.
Children I can find on census are William "Clinton" b. 1856, Wealthy b. 1861, Daniel b. 1862, David b. 1864, & John b. 1869.
I am particularly seeking info on son Daniel. I believe him to be the Daniel E Morris b Feb 1862 who moved to Morris CO, KS. Before he left Illinois, he apparently had a prior marriage with two children, William C and Nellie, born IL.
