Don't know that there is such a thing as an "Ogle County Library" Are you interested in a particular town? You might try long distance directory assistance or see if that town has a web site showing a library. I have had great luck with the Polo library. They have listings of some cemeteries and if exact date of death is known have access to some newspapers. There is also a web site for the Ogle County Genealogical Society. Good Luck.
