Hi Emil,

I'm not sure what information you're looking for--ancestors or living relatives, but I did a search in the census information to see what is available. The only census released so far that has Albert in it is the 1940 census. I'm pretty sure that I have found the right family, as it matches his name and those of his mother and sister.

1940 Cincinnati, Hamilton County, OH

Dorothy Prather age 28 born Indiana seamstress head of household
Glorious Prather age 10 born Ohio
Albert Prather age 8 born Ohio
Helen Manning age 29 born Indiana relation to head sister, occupation bus girl at restaurant
W. Bobbie Manning (female) age 8 born Ohio (Dorothy's niece)
J. Betty Manning age 4 born Ohio (Dorothy's niece)

In the 1930 census for Cincinnati, Hamilton County, OH

Albert Green age 47 born Washington, D.C.
Estelle Green age 47 born Indiana
Sarah Boarman, age 25 born Indiana (Albert's stepdaughter)
Dorothy M. Prather age 18 born Indiana (married, Albert's daughter)
Glorias H. Prather age 5 months born Ohio (Albert's granddaughter)

I searched the 1930 census for Edmond Prather and could not find him.

I hope this helps!
